If you receive a Centrelink benefit, Centrepay might suit you. It’s a free service that makes regular deductions from your Centrelink payments and puts them directly onto your water bill.
To set up a Centrepay arrangement phone Centrelink on 13 24 68 with the following Centrepay reference number: 555 053 641T
If you have an eligible concession card from Centrelink or Department of Veterans' Affairs you could receive a discount of up to $120 a year on your water access charges. You can read more, and apply for the concession here
