Online induction forms

Companies are required to complete the online induction and upload their insurance certificates. Following this, each employee who will work on the site must complete a separate online induction.

For companies

  1. Log onto the online induction platform
  2. Complete information for registration Step 1 – Press Register
  3. Complete information for registration Step 2, Includes answering WHS Management System questions and uploading insurances – Press Submit and Continue
  4. Company is now registered in the system.

Register your company

For employees

  1. Each contractor will log onto the online induction platform. Each employee must use a unique email address, that is different to the email address used for the company's registration.
  2. Complete the information on the registration screen – ensuring you use the correct company information. Select the checkbox indicating consent. Press Register
  3. Complete the three following, ensuring all licence and certificates are uploaded if required.
